Office Admin Apprentice.

HPS are excited to announce we are looking to recruit an apprentice to assist our growing team!
Duties will include:
• Phone services which involve answering the phone for viewings and maintenance queries, as well as making calls for the same.
• Photocopying and other general administration duties
• Good computer skills
• Booking various appointments
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Aiding other members of staff with various office tasks.
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Well presented
• Good ICT skills
• Must be a team player
• Use your own initiative
This role is a full-time position, and you will be required to work 5 days a week.
Due to the nature of the role, a successful applicant must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
